For our client VR Payment's appearance at EuroCIS 2025, we developed an innovative three-dimensional stand concept with modular elements that brings the digital future of payment to life.

EuroCIS is the leading trade fair for retail technology in Europe, making it the perfect platform to focus on innovative payment solutions. At EuroCIS 2025, VR Payment is setting new standards in digital payment and creating pioneering experiences at the point of sale. With full support for our client, our experts from Holtmann+ made it their goal to bring these innovations to life with a well thought-out stand concept and to showcase VR Payment in the best possible way.

An exhibition stand is more than just a space - it is a world of experience. That's why we designed a stand for VR Payment that makes the digital future of payment tangible. The division into different experience zones, interactive touchpoints, an open and inviting architecture, an entirely appropriate lighting concept and a clear design draw attention to VR Payment's innovative solutions. Sustainable materials and a flexible design also ensure a resource-saving implementation that integrates perfectly into the modern trade fair world.

The result: an innovative and inviting trade fair stand that reflects VR Payment's brand values and allows visitors to immerse themselves in the future of payment. Through a successful combination of functionality, design and interactive elements, we created a space for inspiring discussions, networking and an exchange on the latest payment trends. The added value of our VR Payment concept:

 

+ Sophisticated zone concept: 
The division of the exhibition stand into five zones creates a clear structure and enables an individual visitor journey. The combination of activation and immersion levels creates a varied and versatile trade fair experience.

+ Individual lighting concept: 
The lighting design specifically reinforces the brand world and adapts to the respective usage zones. An iconic ceiling light sets the scene in the activation zone and allows for flexible lighting moods. The lounge area is given a homely atmosphere by specifically placed free-standing luminaires, while the meeting area creates ideal conditions for in-depth discussions with subdued lighting. Illuminated brand logos are visible from a distance and underline the professional brand image.

+ Sustainability: 
Reusable elements enable flexible use for future events such as congresses or mobile brand presentations. At the same time, the timeless design ensures long-term usability over several years.
