In order to meet the requirements of the coronavirus pandemic, a medium-sized wholesale company for automotive and commercial vehicle spare parts presented in 2021 a pandemic-compliant version of their established trade fair format under the title "km/h exklusiv".
In times of constantly changing challenges, we at Holtmann+ rely on creative solutions to meet the needs of our customers. For our customer Heil & Sohn GmbH & Co. KG, we made our hybri.id_space premises available to enable a fusion of digital and physical event elements as part of the "km/h exklusiv".
The hybri.id_space is located on our Holtmann+ Campus in Langenhagen and serves as a versatile event location. Thanks to the permanently installed control room, camera and lighting technology, the studio is ready for use at any time and enables a wide variety of event formats to be implemented quickly. This infrastructure proved to be particularly advantageous when it came to preparing the customer Heil & Sohn GmbH & Co. KG to respond effectively and professionally to the challenges posed by the coronavirus pandemic. In close cooperation with Heil & Sohn GmbH & Co. KG, we developed the "km/h exklusiv" event format. This provided the company with an ideal platform to present its innovative solutions to a wide range of customers, regardless of whether they were attending physically or digitally. The flexibility of the hybri.id_space made it possible to implement the event seamlessly and attractively in both formats.
On October 15 and 16, 2021, Heil & Sohn GmbH & Co. KG presented a pandemic-compliant version of its established trade fair format "km/h" under the title "km/H EXKLUSIV". In our hybri.id_space, selected customers of the medium-sized wholesale company for automotive and commercial vehicle spare parts came together physically in a limited setting and in strict compliance with 3G hygiene regulations. For all other participants, the use of modern technology made it possible to follow the entire event via livestream.
