Sustainability & CSR Manager (m/f/d)

 

To strengthen our team in the area of sustainability, we are looking for the location in Langenhagen or Nuremberg (remote possible) with immediate effect:

For decades, the Holtmann Group has assumed overall responsibility for the staging and implementation of trade fair appearances, events, store and brand architecture as well as corporate presentations of all kinds for smaller and globally operating companies from a wide range of industries. Our team, consisting of experienced trade fair consultants, concept developers, designers and technical specialists, is based at three locations, in Langenhagen (near Hanover), Nuremberg and Hamburg, and offers an all-round service for companies on the way to the ideal format for a presentation. 70 years of experience, combined with high quality standards, creativity and innovative strength, have made Holtmann one of the leading companies in its sector.

Your tasks:

  • Responsibility for implementing the company's sustainability strategy and roadmap
  • Implementation of standards and processes for the area of sustainability
  • Coordination of corporate ISO certification in accordance with ISO 2012-1
  • Development and implementation of formats in accordance with sustainability criteria for stakeholders
  • Project work and strategic customer support
  • Committee and association work

How to become our perfect match:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, a Bachelor's degree or comparable qualifications in business administration, event management, the service sector or sustainability management (m/f/d)
  • You have some professional experience
  • You have a strong affinity for topics related to sustainability
  • You work in a structured and independent manner
  • You are a team player and are familiar with the common Office programs
  • You can communicate fluently in written and spoken German and English
  • You are an organizational talent, communicate in a goal-oriented manner and are socially competent
